As a rule, all orders are filed within 24 hours Monday through Friday. We do our level best to insure we are 'fully stocked' at all times. However, we occasionally get caught between shipments. If we cannot ship your order within 24 hours, you are immediately notified.

Confidentiality: We do not keep credit card information. It is not ever stored on any computer or database. If you place your order online, is it encrypted with SSL security. In the unlikely event a hacker were to get past our security system and/or firewall and break into our system, they will not find any credit card information.

We can and do ship FedEx 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air for an added fee of that we would have to confirm depending on your zip code (location). We also ship via UPS, US Postal and many other methods 'by special request'. Shipments normally take 7 to 10 business days.
